Child Skills

Child Skills are skills in McMMO that are not levelled up by normal means.  Rather, the player must level up its two parent skills in order to increase the child skill.  The skill level is determined by an average of the two parent skills' levels.  For example, if you have one parent skill at level 100 and another at level 200, the child's skill will be (100+200)/2, or 150.
